JANET BENNET, MISS FAIR & LOVELY WORLD HARVEST FESTIVAL 2009

On last World Harvest Festival 2009, Janet Bennet outshone 14 other finalists to be crowned as the 11th Miss Fair & Lovely WHF09 at Sarawak Cultural Village 23rd  May 2009 at Sarawak Cultural Village.

She took home RM 3,000.00, a sash, trophy, a scholarship in Tourism Management from Segi College and other complementary gifts.

A diploma’s student of Public Administration at UiTM, Kota Samarahan also won herself the titles of Miss Voter’s Favorite 2008 and Miss Springtime WHF 2009.

Second runner-up went to Durin Edward Jalani, SEGI College student. She took home RM 2,000.00 and other complimentary gifts.

Third runner-up went to Wan Noorsarabila Wan Zaizoddin, received RM 1,000.00 and other complimentary gifts.

Other subsidiary title on that night – Miss Beauty Photogenic 2009 went to Anglia Hendry , Miss Beautiful Eyes 2009 went to Jennifer Carterina Gilbert Apun, Best Traditional Costume 2009 went to Atikah Zaffery while Miss Congeniality 2009 went to Atiqah Nur Fatma Nor, who also the winner for Miss Talent World Harvest Festival 2009 on May 2, 2009.

Minister of Urban Development and Tourism Sarawak, Datuk Micheal Manyin Jawong , was the  Guest of Honor, and wife, Datin Mary Manyin, who was presenting the awards to the winners.
